STEP 1
Bespoke Design
The process of creating bespoke jewellery begins with your ideas. You will be introduced to one of our in-house designers who will discuss the best ways to express your ideas through a piece of jewellery, and then concept artwork is drawn up for your thoughts. Great care and effort is made to ensure that you are completely happy with the design.
STEP 2
Consultation
Once the initial design is approved, the team consults with our goldsmiths for the techniques we would employ to bring your custom designed jewellery to life. This will be done using traditional goldsmithing hand methods or the latest cutting-edge technology to achieve the finest results.
STEP 3
Technical Drawing
After the consultation and technique has been agreed, practical changes are likely to be introduced to the concept and a formal Computer Aided Design (CAD) is submitted for review if required. This is a technical drawing produced with the help of CAD to demonstrate the attributes of the items in high detail.
STEP 4
Production
With the consultation complete, our goldsmiths create your handmade piece using techniques passed down through generations, including vitreous enamelling, drop stamping and seal engraving. Quality is a key value and not something we would ever compromise.
STEP 5
Quality Assurance
After the product has been made, we undergo a thorough inspection to ensure that the product is pristine and ready for the client. After this quality assurance, the product is signed-off by the team and beautifully packaged, ready to be picked-up by the client or couriered.

How much does bespoke jewellery cost?
Each commission is different, and the price will depend on your design. Our team can discuss the cost with you once they understand your ideas.
How long does a bespoke piece take?
The timescale depends on the design and techniques used to create it. As a guide, our made-to-order jewellery pieces take around two weeks when plain, three to four weeks with initials or a date, and four to five weeks for seal engraving. A one-of-a-kind commission may take a longer amount of time.
Do I need to bring a design?
No finished design is needed. Your idea could begin with a memory, place or interest. Our in-house designers will help develop it into a custom-made piece and prepare concept artwork for you to review. If you have photographs or other inspiration, you’re welcome to share them.
Can you use my existing jewellery or precious stones?
