Blending a deep respect for tradition with the joy of new beginnings, we invited Jack Fox and Eleanor Fletcher to our workshop to create and partake in the craft of a 9ct yellow gold bespoke signet ring, in anticipation of the arrival of their firstborn.
This personalised process involved Jack and Eleanor taking part in the concept to creation of the ring. Starting with a sketch our Design Team took reference from the Fox family crest which expresses a fox stood on a corrugated pipe fitting, a symbol rooted in the legacy of past generations. To represent their expanding family, their monograms were elegantly engraved onto the on the arms of the ring in the form of their initials. From this the couple took part in stamping, shaping and sealing before we took care of the finishing details. A beautiful tribute to both the past and present.
“Imagining a new iteration of our crest, combining the respect for the old, with the excitement of the new, feels like a very fitting way to commemorate the arrival of our first child” - Jack and Eleanor Fox.
